Create daily dispatch tour

Parcel allocation · preparing tours only

Select a destination tour, filter eligible parcels by carrier and/or postcode, then tick individual parcels or select all filtered unallocated parcels. To transfer parcels, select their current tour as the source and a different destination. Existing dispatched tours cannot be changed. No real dispatch or carrier sync.

Tour review & manual dispatch

Review the selected tour before dispatch. Dispatch locks its allocations, including transfers out. Reopening requires a reason and is a simulated supervisor action, not authenticated authorisation.

All actions use fictional browser-local data. Export a dispatch backup after testing.

Central A2B parcel pool · v0.8 Stage 2.1

Independent fictional-data intake register. Parcels here are NOT attached to a tour. Existing v0.7 tours are unchanged. No real carrier connection, server sync, or secure permissions.

Receiving batches

Choose an intake batch before importing or receiving. Existing Stage 1 parcels are preserved in a separate legacy training batch. All approvals below are simulations, not real authorisation.

Supervisor early release (simulation only)

Early release requires a received parcel and a reason. This is a local training simulation with no authenticated supervisor identity.

Enter a reason first, then choose Early release (test) on a received parcel. Any validation feedback appears below this field.

Receive into central pool

Automatic mode uses carrier information already recorded in the pool. Unknown tracking numbers are held for manual carrier confirmation. Barcode patterns alone are not trusted as proof of carrier identity.

Import carrier-labelled manifest

Paste fictional CSV rows: carrier,tracking,address,postcode. Carrier must be InPost, Evri or DPD. Imports create Expected records; physical receiving is a separate action.

Pool records

Unreleased parcels remain on hold. Batch approval and early release are local simulations; no real user permissions or driver dispatch are enabled.

Daily tours

Create a separate fictional training tour for each day. The original five-parcel register is retained as your first tour. Tours are stored only in this browser.

Create a new tour

Tour history

Switching tours saves the current session first. Archived tours are read-only until reopened. CSV exports use the currently selected tour. No tours are automatically deleted.

Restore reconciliation CSV into a new tour

Choose the reconciliation CSV exported from v0.5.1. Preview and confirm before creating a separate recovered tour. Existing tours are not overwritten.

Track a single training tour from receiving start to completion. All data remains in this browser and is not carrier proof of receipt.

Completion requires a started session, a valid carrier expected total, an exact manifest count match, all registered parcels received, and zero unresolved exceptions. Set the carrier expected total on Reconcile.

Enter a tracking number or try the Android camera scanner. The camera requires HTTPS or localhost and browser support.

Matched parcels receive automatically. Unknown, incomplete and duplicate scans require review. Camera remains open between scans. Use fictional labels for testing. A new barcode is processed immediately; the same barcode is suppressed briefly to avoid repeated reads.

Compare the carrier's expected parcel count with the reviewed manifest and actual receipts. This is a local test session; it does not report to InPost.

A zero count difference only confirms matching totals; it does not verify each parcel's identity. Unresolved exceptions and outstanding parcels must be reviewed separately. Do not treat this as carrier proof of receipt.
